Adam Reese, Head Coach at Franklin Community High School in Franklin, Indiana. I just finished my first year as a head coach. I spent 8 years as an assistant, the last 4 years as Offensive coordinator at Mishawaka High School in Mishawaka, IN. I love the flexbone and as long as I'm a head coach I won't run anything else!!

Jason Busby, I run the Alternative School in Giles Co in Pulaski TN. I was first introduced to the triple option playing against Moorehead KY in college. My first coaching job was with Darren Bowling who taught me the flex. Coached the flex for 6 years. I am currently at Giles Co HS in Pulaski TN, we are a spread team (my brother in law is HC) and I assist with QB's and OLBers. I love the SBV as well! I am married for 11 years now with 2 girls (3 & 6). I hope to learn from all of you as well as maybe give a few ideas.

Nick Medinger, Head Coach at C.C. Griffin MS in Concord, NC. I've been coaching football since 2005 and have been a head coach for 4 of those years. I've ran some form of option football in every year I've coached. I've ran the shotgun spread, gun triple, and will be running pistol split back veer next year due to personnel. I love any and all forms of option football, especially the flexbone, football at it's finest!

Adam Fortwengler Head Football Coach at Midway & Minto High Schools, a small co-op in rural North Dakota.
This fall will be my ninth year coaching and my third at Midway-Minto. We're trying to turn around a program that was waaaaaaaaaaay down (still is... for now... not a lot of on-field progress showing yet, but we're getting things in the right direction as a program). We've been single wing the past two years, but experiemented with some option last season and now we're going all-in this year with flexbone. I fell in love with the offense a long time ago, and I've been trying to learn as much as I could, just in case we ever made a switch. Ready to pull the trigger... A little nervous treading into new territory for myself and our staff, but VERY excited to get started!

Steve Bowers Asst. Head Coach/Co-Offensive Coordinator Erie Mason High School Erie, Michigan
This fall will be my 14th year coaching. I am relatively new to the flexbone, our head coach and I were assistants at Bedford High School (MI) the last two seasons where we ran the flexbone and saw it turn around a historically struggling program to one of the top Division 1 programs in Michigan. We now are coaching at Erie Mason where we both teach, working hard to turn around a program that has only seen 18 wins since making it to the state semi finals in 2003, and only 5 wins in the last 6 seasons. We are the 3rd coaching staff in 3 seasons and the 6th since that semi final appearance. During that time teams here have run the Pro I, spread, wing t, full house, single wing (and some of those all in one season), and we want to bring option football back (our school won a state championship in 1987 running the wishbone). We are completely sold on the flexbone, trying to learn as much as we can, and excited about using it this season. I was directed here by Scott Clodfelter, and hope this resource, and all of the flexbone coaches here, can help us start moving our program forward in the flexbone.

John Hughes Head Football Coach Key West (FL) High School
Became the Head Coach in 2012 after 7 years as OLine coach and 1 year as DC. Installed the flexbone my first year and set school season rushing record and averaged over 350 yds per game against South Florida defenses. Last year we struggled as a team but still managed over 340 yds per game.

Hello all. I'm Ryan Smith and this will be my 7th year of coaching, and first in the Flexbone. I am excited to immerse myself into this offense and all of its possibilities. I will be beginning to teach and coach at a new school this coming year here in Utah. I have bounced around a bit. I started coaching freshman ball at Dakota High School in Macomb, Mi. Then, I took it to North Carolina where I spent a couple of years on the dark side of the ball coaching defense as the 9th grade head coach. I most recently served as offensive line coach and co-OC for a program that was way way down in Utah. With no sign of it getting better I have moved on and will serve as the offensive line coach at Timpanogos High School in Orem, UT.

Mark Burson OC and O line Coach at Lexington High School, in Lexington, Nebraska. I teach Physics and Physical Science and I'm in my 10th year of coaching but my first year in the Flexbone, previously I had primarily coached in an air raid style offense.
To say I'm enjoying the change is an understatement. Nice to be under center and running the ball.

OC Walnut Hills High School Cincinnati, OH
We are committing to the flexbone as we were previously a spread team. We fit the mold for the flexbone with our athletes and size comparison in our league. Prior to WHHS I was the OC at McNicholas where we ran the flexbone and made it to State Semifinals for first time since 1985. Won 2 league titles running the offense. I also work in an Autism Unit while getting my masters degree in special education. Married to a lovely lady that loves to watch football and learn details of the game. She also loves to watch Tech & Navy.

Coach Schmidt, Welcome. Sounds like you got a keeper if she wants to learn the Flexbone and watch GT & Navy games. You out kicked your coverage on that one bro.
