If no one has seen the new videos, how about info about how Coach Hafner does things.....is he a "Paul Johnson" guy or something else? Thinking about picking up this video series....

Have not seen them but they were at Luther College and they are legit. Payton Haynes who is on it with him has putt stuff out on coachtube.com and been very helpful to me. Quality people so i would assume quality material.

I would be interested in what you think once you go through it. My guess is, it's pretty good.

Yeah I would love to know thoughts as well. Especially on the one that goes into perimeter blocking. Gotta get some better blocking out of WR’s!!!

i ordered and watched the drill DVD. Good. But I think most of the drills that you see are things that you probably are already doing to some extent. But, good. If you get one or two small things, I think its worth it.

I bought the whole series.
I agree, most of it is stuff most people do. The WR drills are something I am going to bring to the OC to implement. We were average at that aspect last season. We just weren't emphasizing it enough -- and did not have a plan to get better at it.
About 1/2 thru the run game tape and so far it is what we do here, except we don't run OSV.
Looking forward to the pass game tape.

Agreed. Got the most from the WR section. The only reason I did not purchase the other videos is because the same coach put out a series when he was at Will Penn and I was concerned that it might be generally the same.

Any WR drills to share or best to buy video?? This is one of main reasons I was interested in it.

Made a big deal about emphasizing stance at all times.
Four drills:
Cone drills for footwork - 4 cone, angle cut drill, X drill - throwing ball the second time through drills ABC drill: A - get into position in front of Defender B - hands on guns C - engage Mirror drill: a stalk drill that is ABC drill, but allows defender to move Slam drill: WR to Safety work to upfield shoulder - work different angles 3 v 3 drill: Trips or Over look to work bubble/pitch to different guys
